Founder and President

Dr. Randy Snyder has practiced full time in Westminster since 1989 and brings 37 years of experience to the clinic. He earned his doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1988 and has remained active in the profession through leadership, continuing involvement, and sports-focused affiliations. His background also includes serving as the team chiropractor for Regis University Athletics, where he has worked alongside athletic trainers and orthopedic specialists to support recovery and help athletes reduce injury risk. He also served as vice president of EDGE Soccer Club for more than 14 years, reflecting his long-standing involvement in sports leadership and the local community.

Dr. Graison Tjelle has been part of Lifetime Healthcare and Medical since 2020 and brings a background shaped by movement, hands-on care, and athletic experience. Originally from DeKalb, Illinois, he began his college education at Kishwaukee Community College, where he attended on a soccer scholarship and earned his Associate of Science. He later completed a massage therapy program, became nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and worked for years as a licensed massage therapist while continuing his education. Dr. Tjelle went on to earn his B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana before receiving his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. That combination of chiropractic training, exercise science, and soft-tissue experience supports a practical, movement-focused perspective in the care he provides.

Dr. Jason Johnson brings extensive medical and surgical experience to the clinic’s whole-body approach to care. His background includes trauma surgery, minimally invasive and bariatric surgery, military medicine, and healthcare leadership, all of which strengthen the clinic’s work in hormone therapy, metabolic wellness, IV support, and broader health optimization.

In his role as medical director, he helps guide care that is thoughtful, safety-minded, and personalized to the individual. His perspective supports patients looking for more than symptom management alone, with strategies designed to improve vitality, resilience, and long-term quality of life.

Dr. Chris Johnson brings a practical, movement-focused perspective to the clinic’s broader approach to care. As a former collegiate soccer player who has dealt with sports-related injuries firsthand, he understands how physical limitations can affect not only performance, but also comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

He combines chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture to help patients restore function and move with greater ease. His care is guided by a strong interest in finding the source of the problem and helping each person feel more capable, supported, and comfortable in daily life.

Chip Morrison adds a broader medical perspective to the team, with a focus on hormone health, regenerative medicine, sexual wellness, and medical weight loss. His work supports patients who are looking for more guidance with fatigue, weight changes, low libido, joint discomfort, reduced performance, and other concerns that can gradually affect daily well-being.

His background includes advanced regenerative therapies such as PRP, exosomes, and cellular treatments, along with procedures like the O-Shot® and P-Shot® and medical weight loss support that may include GLP-1 therapies.
